Queens College users may print in the library’s Copy Center on Level 2 using desktop computers. The printers are also equipped with scan and photocopy functionality. Printing services are maintained by the College’s Information & Technology Services (ITS) and any printer-related issues must be brought to ITS’s attention. How to Print from a Campus Desktop Computer:

  1. Sign in with CAMS account credentials in order to use either the desktop computers or the college's WiFi.
  2. QCards are necessary to release print jobs and pay for actual printing
  3. In the absence of a QCard, students also have the option to input their EMPLID numbers directly at the printers
  4. To add more funds to the card, use the card reader kiosk located in in the Copy Center. Please visit the QCard information website to learn how to replenish your account and to locate additional locations.

How to Print from a Personal or Mobile device:

QC Mobile Print allows users to send/upload files to print using their home computer, laptop and mobile devices connected to the internet. They can then go to printers in various computer labs across campus to release and print their files. Users will need to sign on using their CAMS account to take advantage of this service.
